This Privacy Policy aims to inform users about the collection and processing of personal data obtained through the website es.marsgaming.eu (hereinafter "the Website")
BIOMAG SL complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), ensuring at all times the correct use and processing of the user's personal data.
You can visit and use the services of the Website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may process your IP, what operating system or browser you use, and even the duration of your visit anonymously.
The only personal data to which BIOMAG SL will have access will be those that the user voluntarily provides when contacting BIOMAG SL by email or by any other means provided on the web.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data that you voluntarily provide us through the various entrance forms arranged for this purpose on the Website or any other data collection channel will be incorporated into the processing records of BIOMAG SL for managing the collected data with the following purposes:
- Resolve any query, request or petition made
- Manage the requested service, answer your request or process your request
- Management of the purchase process, administrative tasks and maintenance of the commercial relationship
- Register as a registered user
- Management, administration, processing of forms, and provision of the requested services
- Maintain and manage the contractual relationship

We do not process data from children under 14 years old. We have forms for the exercise of your rights, ask us for them by email or if you prefer, you can use those prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of the ID. If you are representing someone, you must attach a copy of their ID, or have it signed with their electronic signature.
It depends on the right, but as a maximum within a month from its request, and two months if the issue is very complex and we notify you that we need more time
- Personal data will be kept as long as you continue to be linked with us
- Once the link is broken, the personal data processed for each purpose will be kept for the legally established periods, including the time during which a judge or court may require them based on the prescription period for legal actions
- The processed data will be kept as long as the legal terms mentioned above do not expire, if there is a legal obligation to keep them or if there is not such a legal term, until the interested party requests their deletion or revokes the given consent
- We will keep all information and communications related to the provision of our service while the service guarantees last, to handle any possible claims

- After the mentioned periods have passed, users' personal data may be blocked and kept by BIOMAG SL for addressing any potential liabilities arising from the processing and only during the period of prescription of such responsibilities. After this period, the personal data will be deleted by BIOMAG SL

Also, BIOMAG SL will notify the interested parties, as soon as possible, when it is likely that the breach of the security of personal data entails a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, describing the possible consequences that could arise and the measures taken or proposed to remedy the security breach.
